What is Qigong?


Qigong is an ancient energy practice used for cultivating and balancing Qi in your body. Literally this process means “energy work”. In order to increase good health you must have sufficient Qi that flows freely throughout your body. By increasing the optimal effectiveness of your body, Qigong promotes the free flow of energy through your body’s meridian system, the invisible pathways which Qi circulates and connects the physiologic process of your body. Qi is a combination of breath, blood and the innate intelligence within us that keeps us conscious. Qi is life force or energy that animates everything in the universe and through your body working directly on your body’s immune system. Qigong stimulates and nourishes the internal organs, making the energetic communication between them more efficient. With this action you are cultivating Qi and healing. As you continue to practice Qigong your body-mind will know it even if you don’t quite understand how it works. Persistent Qigong practice regulates the internal balance and the flow of your body’s Qi therefore sustaining efficient health.

We are energetically moving into a coexisting ascension phase though; the practice of cultivating Qi is not only for healing but also for access attaining the physical sensation of Qi that lays dormant in our body, which is a tool for connecting with the Devine source.
