The Tai-Chi Kung is a 15-20 minute qigong workout designed to increase your endurance and flexibility. The class presents specific movements taken from the “Solo” Tai-Chi forms, 13 Animal Play, Dao Yin Qigong, Silk Reeling, Tai-Chi Sword and conditioning which includes standing meditation, circular qigong exercises, fundamental drills, structural balance and relaxation techniques.
What is Qigong? A type of ancient Chinese system of postures, exercises, breathing techniques, and meditations to improve one’s chi/qi (energy field).
