Practice your walk anywhere you go and cultivate Qi!

This is a mindfulness walking program designed to create an upright posture, control balance and a walking stride with power. The mindful walking practice is called “Jingxing” Qigong stepping techniques – the Chinese literal meaning of meditation walking. The class begins with a slow pace to a rhythmic brisk walk. You are introduced several techniques then to “cooperative two person associated steps” which improve body control and strategically strengthen your posture.
